I live in southern California with my daughter Jodee, her husband Joshua and their 2 little ones Jacob 5 and Jaina 18 mos. We have a menagerie of pets to enjoy 2 cats, 2 dogs and 2 hermit crabs.  I enjoy playing on the computer, playing with the kids and talking on the phone.

I was diagnosed bipolar in Jan 1997 and have been trying to learn to live with it ever since. This seems like a never ending task but with the advent of new and better meds and therapies I am positive there will be a settling of sorts down the road. 

I am forever grateful for the love and support I have received here at The Harbor and am so pleased that I have had the chance to offer support and encouragement to others when I can.  I've have been coming to the Harbor almost since its inception and I plan on sticking around for a long long time.  The Harbor has been a lifesaver to me in many many ways.
