Hi I am JK-

My challenge with Bipolar started at age 30...yes 18 years ago, whew!
It definitely challenging to say the least.  I have just recently
married a wonderful man and I am so very happy. (My photo is in friends).
My last husband committed suicide 10 years ago and it has been a difficult
struggle for me, but I have never been happier as I am now.
We live here in Washington State in a lovely home by the lake with our 2 big
dogs Cami 5 1/2 and Patch 2 1/2.  Cami is a Blue Healer and Patch is an AKC
registered Pedigree English Lab, what a handful.  My husband and I each have
2 children and we are both retired, I am retired disability.  I retired after
20 years as a district manager for Qwest communications.
I am educated with 3 degrees I am proud of and I tutor 6 of my kids I call
my own here in my neighborhood.  I also work with senior citizens at the local senior
center.  I try to keep active and walk each day. I have been with Harbor since it began.  I still receive more and more each time I come in and listen to each and every one of you.  To those I have met
Thank-you and to those friends of mine I have yet to meet I will get to know you as
well, and in return you with me. Thank-you Tony for ALL you have done and continue to do.
Thank-you ops for always being there and being my friends.   And finally a huge Thank-you to
all of
you in Harbor who are and will be my friends for talking with me and sharing
laughter, tears and love.
Remember Bi-polar is a disorder, not a personality defect.
Times may seem difficult at any particular time, just keep in mind, "This
too Shall Pass"

Love you ALways
JK-Janet
