Hello my name is jk i am 50 years old newly married of almost 4 years.(first husband died 14 years ago) I have two step children (adults) my son is 38 and my daughter 36 and my grandson 2 this last july 12th. I was dx'd 20 years ago this past February when I had a major breakdown and ended up in a county facility, then to a private mental facility. I was dx'd bi-polar schizo-effective severe PTSD and SAD with a pair of "rose colored glasses". I have been on Harbor-of-refuge for 13 years and have made quite a huge family. I enjoy Harbor for it truly is a "refuge" we bi-polars can take and share, cry and laugh, talk or listen.
