In the harbor chat I'm known as mt but here, during registration, it said the nick "mt" was too short so I'm mt-alicious on this board. Mikes, how long does the nick need to be for this board?

As to your question, The minimum default value is 3 characters, I know of several people on the board who just use 2..and one who uses 1. .Thank you for bringing this to our attention, I changed the default to 1 character.

I have also re-set the registration settings to allow members to do their own nick changes, although I would discourage using it too much, as it can make things confusing as the board grows.
