Hello! Thanks for dropping in and reading this. I am brand new to the forum and the site. I have bi-polar II, which was a diagnosis long time coming; I hear elsewhere that is commonly underdiagnosed, as is bipolar disorder in general.

I have been married and divorced. Now I have a boyfriend and that is working out pretty well.

I just recently lost my best friend, the precious dog Heidi. She was the most important part of my recovery and I am still torn up about putting her to sleep. I still see her everywhere.

I guess I am not very good at introductions, as this is all I have for now.
