New member group: spammers

I've added a new group to our message board...spammers. we have been deleting as many as 12 spammers a day, and they keep coming back...so for now I will try out adding them to a group that has no posting, pm or any other priviledges. The benefit to this is that anyone who googles the spammer's user name will see their name in our spammer's group and can see them for what they are....lowlife scum. When they are added to the list they will be easy to spot, bucause their username will be highlighted in a washed out crappy looking pink color. I also change their password, and delete any of the stuff they came here to spread...When I get sick of seeing all those made up names in our members list I'll delete the accounts...no sense in padding our members list with spam usernames...

We may use the names and some of the posts that are in the queue for some nefarious and possibly humorous purpose later..

Thank bantseven and his brothers bantone through six for the inspiration.they must have re-registered 4 or 5 times after deactivation...This is not a new thing, I have seen several other forum adminstrators do this same thing to spammers.

And ip addresses are fun to search as well...a quick search of new spammer group member campolar's email address didn't show anything of statistical significance, but their ip address, which is in Iran, shows up on several spamwatch lists as well....too bad campolar, the only thing you will get here is exposed...and I set your permissions to not even be able to look at our forums....so there...hahahaha
