The About.com bipolar site has an interesting chat feature. Throughout the week and at various scheduled times they have facilitated chats on particular topics. Some are: bipolar essentials, bipolar relationships, bipolar family issues, peer-to-peer support, get it off your chest and chat essentials. The open chat at their site is an absolute zoo (too many people, not moderated) so I seldom drop in there, just enough to get a taste and then move on. Our chat family here at Harbor is head and shoulders over most others, but then I may be biased. It happens.
