Harbor of Refuge was the dream of one person and without that love this place would not exist. Welcome to our online newsletter. In each issue we plan on building it up for YOU. Harbor of refuge has been a very helpful and loving community of loving and caring people dedicated to the issues of Bipolar Disorder. We hope to be able to give you helpful information from those who live this everyday. Something to help everyone involved whether it be family members or friends. There is a bill in the senate: to provide for full parity with respect to health insurance coverage for certain severe biologically based mental illnesses and to prohibit limits on the number of mental -illness-related hospital days and outpatient visits that are covered for all mental illnesses.
